About Longbridge

Founded by Cherine Badawi, Chris Darby and Pamela Hopkins, The Longbridge is a vehicle to support individuals and organizations in fostering leadership capacity, equity, and belonging in their professional communities.

For decades, Cherine, Chris and Pamela each honed their crafts of facilitation, coaching, and strategy support in overlapping lanes of leadership development, equity & belonging consulting, organizational change, and peace education. After years of collaborating with each other on individual projects, Cherine, Chris and Pamela took the questions, challenges, and opportunities of our time as an invitation to pool their energies and create The Longbridge Collective.

Longbridge is an aspiration, a consulting firm, and a collaboration towards the collective well-being of our species as we explore, navigate, and transform this moment together.
