Leadership Development Programs
At Longbridge, we create high impact, experiential, hands-on leadership development programs. Our seasoned facilitators bring our inclusive facilitation approach and deep expertise to every workshop. We support leaders in increasing their self awareness while building leadership skills at individual, team, and organizational levels and embedding an equity lens in everything they do.
We offer leadership academies, leadership series, and leadership workshops of different lengths utilizing various learning platforms. Convening Space & Process Facilitation
Longbridge offers dynamic and innovative meeting & retreat design and facilitation. Our meetings, team offsites, and retreats are designed around three core questions: What do you want your team members to know? What do you want your team members to do? And, how do you want your team members to feel?
For our outdoor retreat experiences, we combine our interactive program design with opportunities for quiet reflection on the land, and group exercises that foster relational connection as a reflection of the interconnection of the natural world in which we are immersed.
