I am a gender conforming, white, gen x, heterosexual woman, proud mother of two wonderful teens, and soon to be empty-nester. I grew up in a middle-class family in NY, and spent my adult life in the San Francisco Bay Area, except for several years in Beijing and Hong Kong.

All four of my grandparents were holocaust survivors who escaped to America with nothing, and worked hard to raise my parents. My parents emphasized a great education as the path to a better life for me, and they were right. Though I was raised Jewish, I didn’t resonate with organized religion, and later found a spirituality, deep presence and sense of oneness through meditation, Buddhist and yogic philosophies.

I began at a young age seeking a deeper meaning and purpose. This led me to a deep study of psychology, and a 25-year path of personal transformation and mindful relating, which I have been grateful to incorporate into my work with leaders.

Over the past 25 years, I have coached corporate executives one-on-one, facilitated executive leadership learning cohorts and women’s leadership circles, and am faculty for a coaching school. I’m known for helping leaders to evolve previously hard-to-change patterns to enhance their leadership and fulfillment.

I’m grateful to be living my purpose of helping leaders discover their truest and best selves, do fulfilling and high impact work that aligns with their values and gifts, and create relationships and teams that bring out their own and others’ best.
